Chris Quinn was first elected in 2016 to represent the citizens of the 168th Legislative District in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives. Now in his third full term in office, Quinn serves on the Appropriations, Commerce, Consumer Affairs Committee (committee secretary), Insurance and Majority Policy committees.

Born and raised in Delaware County, Quinn graduated from Penncrest High School and the University of South Florida with a degree in economics. He worked in the global electronics manufacturing industry for more than 10 years before establishing an independent insurance agency in Delaware County in 2002. 

Quinn serves on the board of Lifetime Wells International, a not-for-profit organization that designs, builds and maintains safe drinking water systems for at-risk populations around the world. His service took him to Ghana, Africa, where he helped to establish a well system that provides clean drinking water to multiple villages and a school.

Quinn’s education, business and industry background, global perspective and volunteer experience have helped to shape his interest in public service. Elected to Middletown Township Council in 2008, he has worked on numerous initiatives to improve the quality of life for local citizens. He was instrumental in the creation of multiple parks and recreation space within the township.

As vice treasurer of the Delaware County Industrial Development Authority, Quinn gained valuable knowledge and experience with the financing of economic and industrial development projects.

Active in his church and community, Quinn has volunteered for a number of local organizations and served as a youth soccer coach. He and his wife, Carle, live in Middletown with their three daughters.
