HARRISBURG – On Thursday, the Pennsylvania Department of Health will provide naloxone free to any Pennsylvanian who wants it at nearly 80 locations across the state to combat opioid overdoses and urge residents to get into drug treatment, Rep Chris Quinn (R-Delaware) said today.
